    Working Principle of Manual Block Valve

When the handwheel is turned clockwise, the stem descends, and the disc gradually contacts the seat, eventually completely closing the passage. Conversely, when the handwheel is turned counterclockwise, the stem rises, and the disc gradually leaves the seat, opening the passage.

    • Regular maintenance: Regularly check the valve's sealing performance and operational flexibility, and promptly replace worn seals and stems.

    • Correct operation: Close by rotating clockwise and open counterclockwise, avoiding excessive force that can damage the stem or disc.

Through proper selection and correct use, manual block valves can effectively improve production efficiency and safety, meeting the flow control needs under different conditions.
